These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to locksmith services provided by GO Locksmith USA LLC (“GO Locksmith USA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

GO Locksmith USA reserves the right to decline services that cannot reasonably or lawfully be performed.
2. Customer Authorization
The customer represents and warrants that they are legally authorized to request the locksmith services being ordered for the applicable property, vehicle, safe, lock, or secured area.
GO Locksmith USA may request reasonable proof of:
- Identity
- Ownership
- Residency
- Vehicle ownership or registration
- Lease or occupancy rights
- Business authorization
- Permission from the lawful owner or authorized representative
GO Locksmith USA may refuse or discontinue service when satisfactory authorization cannot reasonably be established.
3. Residential Services
A customer requesting residential locksmith services represents that they are the lawful owner, authorized resident, tenant, landlord, property manager, or another person legally authorized to request the work.
GO Locksmith USA may require verification before performing entry, rekeying, lock replacement, or other security-related work.
4. Commercial Services
A person requesting locksmith services for a business or commercial property represents that they have authority from the property owner, business owner, tenant, manager, or other authorized party to request the work.
GO Locksmith USA may request additional authorization before performing work that changes access or security to a commercial property.
5. Automotive Services
A person requesting automotive locksmith services represents that they own the vehicle or have lawful permission from the vehicle owner.
Automotive key cutting, programming, ignition, immobilizer, and electronic services may depend upon factors outside GO Locksmith USA’s control, including:
- Vehicle battery condition
- Electronic modules
- Immobilizer systems
- Existing keys
- Aftermarket equipment
- Prior repairs
- Vehicle modifications
- Manufacturer security systems
- Software availability
- Security codes or credentials
- Existing mechanical or electrical problems
GO Locksmith USA does not guarantee successful programming or continued vehicle operation where failure is caused by a pre-existing or unrelated vehicle condition.
6. Estimates and Pricing
We give you a quote or estimate before starting and confirm it with you before work begins. If something unexpected comes up, any additional work or cost needs your approval first.
Pricing may depend upon:
- Type of service
- Vehicle, lock, or hardware type
- Parts required
- Labor and complexity
- Security level
- Programming requirements
- Job location
- Condition of existing hardware
- Additional work identified after inspection
If the scope changes after inspection, we explain any additional work and cost and get the customer's approval before proceeding.
The customer-confirmed estimate covers the agreed work. No additional work or cost is authorized without the customer's approval.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the authorized service unless another payment arrangement has been approved in advance.
GO Locksmith USA may accept cash, credit or debit card, and approved electronic payment methods.
The customer is responsible for payment of all authorized labor, parts, programming, service-call charges, and other agreed charges.
8. Cancellations and Service Calls
If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the job location and the customer cancels the requested service, an applicable service-call or trip charge may be charged when such charge has been disclosed to the customer.
Any applicable diagnostic or service-call fee is disclosed and approved by the customer before the service is performed.
9. Damage and Methods of Entry
We always try non-destructive entry first. In some cases, such as a broken or high-security lock or safe, drilling or replacement may be needed. We explain why and get your approval before using those methods.
Certain locks, doors, ignitions, safes, damaged hardware, or security devices may not reasonably be opened or serviced without drilling, cutting, replacement, or another method that may cause damage.
The technician explains why a destructive method is needed and obtains the customer's approval before proceeding.
GO Locksmith USA is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Worn or defective hardware
- Improper prior installation
- Corrosion
- Structural defects
- Previously damaged locks or components
- Conditions that existed before GO Locksmith USA began work
Nothing in this section limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customer-Supplied Keys and Remotes
When the customer supplies their own key, remote, or key fob and GO Locksmith USA performs only cutting or programming:
GO Locksmith USA provides no product warranty on the customer-supplied key, remote, or key fob.
Programming or cutting a Customer-Supplied Product does not make GO Locksmith USA responsible for defects, incompatibility, intermittent operation, premature failure, or other problems originating from that product.
GO Locksmith USA is not responsible for programming or operating problems caused by vehicle batteries, immobilizer systems, modules, electrical problems, aftermarket equipment, previous modifications, manufacturer restrictions, or other conditions unrelated to a product supplied by GO Locksmith USA.
12. Three-Month Limited Product Warranty

- Labor
- Programming-only services
- Installation-only services
- Diagnostic work

D. Warranty Remedy
The customer must provide GO Locksmith USA a reasonable opportunity to inspect and diagnose the claimed warranty issue.

- Repair the covered product
- Reprogram the covered product when reasonably necessary to correct the covered product issue
- Replace the covered product
